Level 1 Teacher Training focuses on building a strong foundation in both technique and teaching methodology. This course emphasizes correct alignment for foundational stretches including the Splits, Bridge, and Elbow Bridge, ensuring instructors can teach safely and effectively at the beginner level.
In addition, trainees will learn conditioning methods that develop strength while increasing range of motion, providing students with the tools to progress with stability and control. Course work also covers functional anatomy and an introduction to the science of flexibility and its relationship to the nervous system, giving teachers a deeper understanding of how the body adapts to stretching.
The program incorporates Flexibility Fitness’ positive, inclusive teaching philosophy, equipping instructors to inspire confidence, prevent injury, and support students of all ages and backgrounds on their flexibility journey.

10am-12pm : Working with Demonstrators
12pm- 12:30pm : Lunch Break
12:30pm - 2:30pm: Practical Exam with Demonstrators
2:30pm-3:00pm : Break
3:00pm - 4:00pm: Written Exam
4:00pm- 5:00pm: Grading and Certification
To complete the Flexibility Fitness Level 1 Certification, students must complete the Level 1 Online Study, attend the course, pass the practical spotting exam, and score at least 75% on the written exam.
